Job Description

The Account Reconciliation Representative is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records related to restricted and temporarily restricted funds that support high school programs. This role plays a critical part in maintaining strong internal controls and supporting accurate financial reporting across systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed account reconciliations for restricted and temporarily restricted funds supporting high school programs.
  • Reconcile financial data between Blackbaud and Financial Edge, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and reconcile scholarship funds, maintaining accurate tracking, reporting, and fund balance integrity.
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, while maintaining strong internal controls and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and program teams to support accurate financial reporting and ensure alignment between financial records and program activity.
